The services described below will be provided in accordance with these terms and conditions, which set out our obligations as a supplier, your rights and obligations as a customer, as well as information on how to reserve currency for collection at our offices.
The owner of this website is GLOBAL EXCHANGE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MAROC, S.A.R.L.A.U. (hereinafter "Global Exchange"), an entity with registered office at Lotissement la Colline N°31, 3ème étage,N°21 Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca (Morocco) and tax identification number 230249.
This company is registered with the Bureau des Change.

I.- BOOKING WITH OFFICE COLLECTION: CONDITIONS.
With this service, Global Exchange offers you the possibility of reserving the desired currency for subsequent collection and payment at our offices ("reservation with office collection").
1. MAKING RESERVATIONS.
Bookings can be made by telephone on our toll-free number 0520205549 or on our website: https://www.globalexchange.ma
Reservations through the website can be made in French and Spanish.
Only certain coins are kept in physical stock, so the reservation must be made in accordance with the coins available. The website will inform, with each coin request, of the estimated collection time depending on the availability of the coin and the collection location.
For reservations to be made, the customer must provide valid identification, as well as an email address and telephone number so that Global Exchange can contact the customer and deliver the reservation properly.
Bookings may be subject to a maximum value per month, quarter and calendar year.
2. EXCHANGE RATES, COMMISSIONS AND CHARGES.
At the time of making a reservation with collection at exchange offices, the user will be informed by telephone or on the website screen of the estimated sale price, which is a variable concept depending on the chosen collection office, commissions and expenses. The reservation will be paid for at the office indicated on the day of collection.
It should be borne in mind that the entities authorised to exchange currency are not obliged to apply official exchange rates, and may apply a commercial margin and/or commissions.
3. METHODS OF PAYMENT.
The full amount of the booking shall be paid in cash or by credit card, if this means of payment is available, at the office chosen by the user on the day selected by the user.
4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
Once the booking has been made and accepted by us, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will specify the details of the operation requested, estimated price, expenses and commissions, method of payment, office and day and time of collection.
In the event that the booking is not accepted by the user, no liability will arise for the user.
5. COLLECTION OF RESERVATIONS.
The booking will be available for collection at the office and on the day indicated in the confirmation email.
The booking will only be delivered to the person who made the booking, for which the customer must provide valid identification.
Obtaining the reservation will be subject to compliance with the due diligence and internal control measures applicable in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing regulations.
6. QUALITY ASSURANCE.
Global Exchange guarantees that the currency provided is of the highest quality and corresponds to the legal tender in the issuing country.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
The user may cancel a booking before the chosen office pick-up date has expired. In no case will we charge the user anything.
To cancel a booking, the user must contact Global Exchange customer service as soon as possible on 0520205549 and provide the booking number.
In any case, Global Exchange will understand that you have cancelled your reservation if you do not show up on the collection date indicated, or within the following 15 calendar days.
II.- CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Global Exchange, in compliance with the provisions of the regulations applicable to its activity, informs users of:

Our department will attend and resolve the complaints and claims presented, within a period of two months from their receipt, informing the user by the same means chosen by him, on the outcome of its processing.
Global Exchange is subject to transparent compliance with the regulations set out in Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-07-79 of 17 April 2007 promulgating Law No. 43-05, which approves consumer protection measures, the General Institution of Office des Changes dated 31 December 2013, the circulars of Bank Al-Maghrib, the Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-07-79 of 17 April 2007 promulgating Law No. 43-05 on the prevention of money laundering, the General Institution of Office des Changes dated 31 December 2013, the circulars of Bank Al-Maghrib, the Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-07-79 of 17 April 2007 promulgating Law No. 43-05, which approves consumer protection measures and the General Institution of Office des Changes dated 31 December 2013. 43-05 on the prevention of money laundering, the Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009 promulgating Law No. 09-08, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the Dahir (Royal Decree) No. 1-14-193 of 24 December 2014 promulgating Law No. 103-12 relating to credit institutions and similar establishments.
